pushing apps from market to phone

I'm on my 2nd Droid X and it does show both my first and 2nd Droid X phones. However, the apps I'm selecting to install are not showing up in "my apps" via the market on the phone.

Any suggestions as to correct what I'm guessing I'm messing up?
