Unless you've been living under a rock for the past year you've probably heard about Player Unknown's Battlegrounds. It is consistently one of the most popular games right now. They've enabled cross-play between PC and mobile which is quite an impressive feat. The game itself seems to be pretty well done but being competitive from mobile is still a challenge. Regardless, if you are a fan and need your PUBG fix on the go, at least you now have an option. You can check it out in the Google Play store at this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tencent.ig

Apparently neither of you game.
I cannot imagine playing this game on mobile. At least its free. It's not free on PC.

And is probably more popular at this point. Tried it recently...just not into these kind of games.

... I haven't heard of it either :p lol.

But yeah I don't game. I'm awful at videogames and just give up out of frustration when I get stuck.

I'm not a fan of PUBG -- I like the idea but the engine is crap. I need to try Fortnite -- but I don't like the "building" aspect of it. I just want a free for all and respawn in a small area, whoever has the most kills wins. "rage mode deathmatch" type thing.

I've heard of both, but haven't tried either. Don't really have the time for much gaming these days and I already have games that I've bought that don't get enough time.

Might check this out for the occasional weekend/evening when I have some time to kill though.

Is great games, But Best On PC :D

Well, I installed PUBG, but have yet to launch it. Like I said, I've been busy lately, but also, the new Shadowgun Legends caught my eye. While I know they're not exactly the same, I'm a fan of the franchise and have spent a bit of time playing Shadowgun instead. Maybe if/when I get some free time this week, I'll go ahead and check out PUBG...

Just downloaded it and jumped in. Amazingly I got 2 kills before the play area started shrinking on me. Started running from safe ground. Someone picked me up in a car but I died and fell off before we made it.
It was ok. Not something I'll play much.

Alright. Finally played it. I have to admit, it is pretty fun. I won my first match & got really far in my second. Like an idiot, I came out of hiding to search for enemies toward the end & wandered right into the building where he was laying in wait.

Wish my Bluetooth controller worked better with the game. I paired it as my third match was starting. I could walk & look around, but couldn't get anything else to work. It's almost dead, so I'm hoping that & the fact that I paired it at a weird time are contributing factors.

Think I'll keep this one installed though.
