Okay I live to far away from the road for a internet connection but I want to play online on my ps3. I have tried wifi tether and others that don't work. I have a PC running windows XP(no wifi), ps3 slim, rooted SF, wifi router, Ethernet cable. How would I connect my ps3 to the internet with all this junk?

with what you have... you'll want to try the verizon 3g hotspot, ps3 only recognizes infrastructure wifi and this is the only one that does it. Verizon charges to use it, but you can hack it to get it for free. If you have a laptop you could use other wifi apps like barnacle to tether the laptop then share the connection with ps3 via ethernet cable. If you have good 3g signal, try the hotspot, search for the hack, its pretty easy to do

search for "hotspot for free" or "qpst" or "3g mobile hotspot"... it right around here somewhere, try those same searches on xda also, youll find it
