process error

Every 5 seconds i am getting an android.process.acore error and i am wondering how fix it. Just new on the 4.0.4 ics update

This happened to me during the soak update & I booted into recovery & cleared the cache & data.
It took care of the problem & there has been no issues since.
I think some of the data got corrupted in the update from GB & ICS than does not know what to do with the service it is trying to start up.
