Problem with texts

I can not send or receive texts. Verizon did send my ringtones via text but for whatever reason I can not send or receive. Any suggestions?

Try calling Verizon about it. Everytime I hear of this problem it's on Verizon's end and dealing with your texting plan, probably accidentally got disabled
