problem with predictive text

Don't know if anyone else has had this issue or not but...when I try to type "I'm" my DINC will recognize that is what I am trying to type but it will not select it. The list of possible words pops up in the text box like should and the correct selection is highlighted but I can't select it! I'm at a loss as to why its doing this with this specific word. Any thoughts how to fix it? I'm a bit frustrated. Just a ver y minor annoyance...

Did you tap the green selection or hit the space bar. Both work for me.
