My Droid X is NOT ROOTED. On notifactions, texts, calls, and turn off the phone it makes a crackling sound. What is the best way to fix this? I got the phone 3 days ago and it's a referbish phone. PLEASE HELP! dancedroiddancedroiddancedroiddancedroid
