It is a file type problem. You either need to try to find a audio codec that will work with a 3gp video file, or a file converter that will convert 3gp to mpeg-4.

The real question is why do you still have an Eris? LoL...I threw mine in the ocean while I was fishing one day. I hated how slow that phone was.

I've still got my wife's Eris sitting on the computer desk. Rooted, overclocked, and running vanilla. Its a work horse, but it will never win a race.
