Power Search App Issue

I'm recently got the 2.2 OTA. Since then when I use Power Search, it doesn't search my calendar. That's the most important use I have for it. I've uninstalled and re-installed without success. I've contacted the developer too, but no fix yet.
Anyone have any other suggestions. Or is there another app that will search the phone? Not using the Google calendar.....but the stock/Touchdown calendar.
