Power control bar

Does one of the buttons in the power control bar shut off 4g. there are some buttons on there O am not sure what they do can some one give me the run down say from left to right(for the Th3ory ICS tpax)

Most are prob obvious. The ones that aren't to some are whether phone will switch to landscape (rectangles with arched arrows), accounts/app sync (circular arrows) and mobile data on/off - not 3g/4g toggle but just an on or off (arrows side by side one up and one down)...

Any others you need? I am 99% sure about those.
