Possible to make droid read like a ipod?

So after picking up a droid incredible my ipod basically became useless. I can now fit most my good music on a 16gb micro sd card and have sold my ipod.

Now here is something I would like to accomplish. I have a Pioneer in dash navigation unit with ipod controls. Is there a way that I can hook up my incredible via usb and have it read like a ipod from my Pioneer in-dash unit? I think it would be pretty sweet to control my music collection on the incredible via my Pioneer in-dash unit.

Is it something as simple as a file/folder structure or is there maybe custom firmware involved which tells the pioneer unit that it is in fact a ipod?

Plug it in and mount it - should read the file structure that way...
