On my Note 2 sometimes I plug it in at home on my laptop to transfer music and photos, and sometimes the laptop never recognizes it, any amount of log offs and reboots on both the phone and the laptop do not work. Sometimes I plug it in and Voila it works PERFECT, (although it takes a few 30-50 seconds to recognize it through the Samsung software).
Oddly enough I plug it in at work and it seems to work PERFECT (also XP Pro). BUT!!! it appears to download all of the videos and some files, stored in "My Documents" that I DEFINITELY do NOT want transferred.
Anybody else experience either of these issues? I would like to know how to fix both permanently.
