Hello,

Please help me. I should not have got this phone especially knowing that I don't know a lot about mobile os's. Wish I would've waited and got the iPhone for verizon. Either way, my phone upgrade isn't til next April and I'm having a HUGE problem.

All last night, I kept on getting a pop up with a long paragraph and then an option to update now or later and I kept pushing later. This morning, without thinking, I accidentally pressed the update now button, and it powered off my phone and loaded into Bootloader, the screen which scared the CRAP out of me.

I plugged it into the USB, but nothing happens on my phone or computer (I have a Mac). I do have a cheap old Dell with Vista on it that I haven't gotten rid of yet, should I try plugging in there?

Otherwise, I powered my phone off after getting the Bootloader screen and powered back up in hopes it would go away, which is stupid cause it obviously didn't. Now, my phone stays on for about 45 seconds-1 minute before powering off again and going into Bootloader again.

My phone isn't rooted. I don't get into that stuff, cause I have no idea how it works. I have no idea what the version number is or any of that, again, I'm really stupid with phones. I do have a Droid 2, if that helps. I'm so freaking lucky cause I backed up my contacts last month and all pics and vids are on sd card, but is there no way for me to fix this without a factory reboot? I haven't tried it yet in hopes that someone on here could help me...

Also if it helps, this is what the Bootloader screen reads when it starts:

Bootloader
D2.37
Err:A5, 70, 00, 00, 2F

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
