PLEASE Help stuck in bootloader!!

So basically im new to all this stuff and i updated to gingerbread fine but now i wanted to update to the newer gingerbread build for the droid x so i got the sbf file for 2.3.340 froyo and followed the tutorial by getting rsd light and everything and when i got near the end it failed. Heres the error i got
failed flashing process. Interface BP: Error sending RAM download for bootloader. Device API Error: 0xE00000000 Address: 0x19EC00 Command: ADDR (0xE0205000); phone connected.
if any one can help me i would really appriciate it

ya ill try downloading it again and see if it works
