Play store help

[Droid Firefighter]

The wife got her phone stolen and is now back to the D1. The play store is out of date and I can't find the proper apk to download and run. She has twenty five apps to update plus Google voice won't stop notifying her that the sign in failed. Any suggestions? Currently stock.
