pinch to zoom

i noticed the other day that my wifes eris has pinch to zoom in the browser. wtf. my droid certainly does not. kinda upset by that

It will, in 2.1 (ETA: December 22, 2012). In the meantime, go to the Marketplace and download the Dolphin browser, which is a tabbed browser that has multitouch enabled.

Try xscope browser, wait for the 2.1 update, or root! All of these options will give you pinch to zoom browsing.

Because htc coded the eris. They included it.
