Picture Messaging

So I'm having a bit of an issue with my picture messaging. I'm running the rubiX Focused Rom and Handcent SMS. I can't send or receive them at all. Any suggestions as to what I should do? Would this be an app setting or is it Verizons issue?

Were you able to send them when phone was stock?

Ya. The problem seemed to start when I started using flyX and hasn't been resolved by switching to rubiX.
