Picture messaging

Hi. I have had my razr for about 3 weeks now. Up until the lte outage last week I have had no problems. Currently I can not get picture messaging thru txt since that outage. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a tech to figure it out. They checked my plan...All that good stuff so I know I should be getting them. The tech was lost so the issue was marked down and escalated because this is a new device and I spend a lot with Verizon and my plan. Anyways, i'm on here in hopes that i'm not the only one with this issue. I was told that it could take anywhere from 2 to 7 days for the techs to get back to me. In the mean time i'm in patient and wanted to see what I could find on here before bothering them again. Any news is better than none so I hope someone can help! Thanks!

I had this problem last night. I just did a factory reset after giving up everything else and its fine now

I had the same thing, no pics incoming or outgoing for several days before I got into the V store and they couldn't figure it out, they had me Call tech support...after over an hour, he couldn't figure it out either (even had me restart in safe mode to make sure it wasn't any apps I installed) so he recommended doing a factory reset before the next step (which is what you're doing now, waiting for a higher up to figure it out) did the reset Saturday night and its been working since, fingers crossed it doesn't happen again!
