Picture Gallery

Hi, I just got a new motorola droid razr and cannot get into the gallery. I know I have snapped pictures, but he gallery app will not open for me. What am I doing wrong?

try going to settings --> apps --> all apps -- then find Gallery.

Try clearing the cache.

You might need to go a step further and clear data and force close too... welcome to the DROID forums

Hello and welcome to the forum!

If the above doesn't work, download a 3rd part app such as QuickPic and see if you are able to open and view your gallery thru it...if so, you could have a corrupted image that is keeping the stock gallery from opening (you might see a grayed out image instead of an actual photo)...Good luck!
