Pics as Videos

Don't know whats going on. But every time a friend sends a pic it comes through in video format. Do I have a set up problem? or is there something else going on?

Although I don't have an answer for this, does your friend have an iphone? This happened to me as well when my friend sent me a pix with his iphone. He said it was a setting or something he did when he sent to message that did it. When I get pix messages from fellow VZW users I don't experience the pix as vid phenomenon

One friend has an iphone, one doesn't. never happens on verizon, but with friends who have sprint or at&t
