Photo/video filenames

Hello, I tried searching but couldn't find anything.. I noticed the filenames are just numerically sequenced.. Surely there's a way to set the default filename for pictures and videos to include a time/date stamp? I saw the option to include a time/date stamp on the picture itself but...

I've wondered this too because I have about a dozen movies on my phone and I would like to see the title of each one.
