Phone won't work, have issues when using camera

My Droid Razr acts up sometimes when I use the camera and this time my screen is blank and won't turn back on. the buttons are lit up and sometimes it makes the sound it does when turning on then the buttons go blank. Anyone know what could be wrong with it and what I could do to fix it?

Press and hold the power button and the volume down button for about 5 seconds untill the screen blanks. This simlulates a battery pull.
