phone wont stay on

im on DC 12 and my phone went completely dead, and now its connected to the charger and it wont stay on for more than 10 seconds.. anyone have and ideas?

The screen won't stay on or you're turning it on and the M boot logo comes up and then the phone turns off?

it turns on and gets loaded up like everything is going to work and then it boots again.
edit.. i have the rzr recovery so i went into that and let it sit for like 10 minutes and booted again and i think its actually charging now
