Phone will not hard reset

Got a fascinate here . Its not mine its a customers, but its pattern locked and will not hard reset. It says everyhong is wiped but when it turns back on it still says too many attempts enter Gmail and password .

Any ideas ??? Tried everything cleared cache ...wiped phone 15 times still not working....


Any help would be awesome!!!!
