Phone shut off while restoring rom

Okay, so I was trying to restore an older ROM, and in the process my phone turned off... How can I get back to the Bionic Bootstrap? So I can restore the ROM. Please tell me there is a way to do it -_-

Does your phone turn on?

Yeah. It charged and turned on into what part of the ROM I got up to. Thankly it was enough to reboot into the menu. I am fine now.
