I have a Verizon Droid X 2.3.15.MB810.verizon.en.us, Android 2.2 - rooted
Every time I turn the phone on it automatically downloads a system update (can't stop it) then REBOOTS WITHOUT WARNING, and the update fails.
This renders my phone useless for about 10 minutes when I turn it on.
I could care less about the update (why should I care, the phone works?).
Is there a way to stop it from doing this or a way to get the update to succeed?
thanks
