Ever since the update this past fall my fone has been going nuts. Its slow responding and half the time the buttons wont work (I cringe to think if I had to call someone or 911 because of an emergency - the call button takes up to 3 minutes to respond). my virtual keyboard vanished and a whole host of other issues. Will a factory reset fix this? I used to love this phone now I can't wait to get rid of it.
