Phone is Going Bananas!!

I'm running BAMF Forever Cubed and everything for the most part has been fine. Suddenly today, I noticed that I can't make or recieve a phone call, most of my texts I try to send are failing. It says I have full bars and I tried it with and without 4G. Is there some sort of radio I can try? Is it the rom? What should I do? Thanks!!!

Anytime I have weird issues, not widely reported by other users, with a rom I immediately reinstall the rom making sure I follow the dev's install instructions very carefully.
