Phone gone bad

I need some advice, alot of programs want to force close. I don't know what the deal is or if I have a bad program. I have been scanning it with AVG and it says everything is okay. Help please!

First off remove AVG. You don't need antivirus software on your phone. Force closing is probably from low memory. Are you on a rooted phone? If so, clear out the cache with cache cleaner or a similar app. If not go to menu>applications>all apps (top row tabs) then go through all your apps individually and tap the clear cache button. It will take a while but you will see slightly improved performance. Good luck!
