How do I put my name on my Droid x on the home screen. Where it says "This phone belongs to:"?

I don't own a X but with the D1 you have to be rooted, so I would say yes.

For a work around, you could get Minimalistic Text from the market place, and put it on your homescreen saying "This phone belongs to: <name>"

Only downside to that is then you have an area that you cant put other widgets on. But it still works.
