People searches?

I moved contacts from Palm OS to Incredible. I haven't found a way to search by other than names. In the "Position" field on the Palm I had professions listed, e.g., plumber, electrician, etc. I need to be able to search for these terms, not just by people's names. Is this possible? If not in People, in another app? tia, njb

Correction

In previous post "Position" field should read "Organization" field. I need to be able to search by the latter. njb
