people arent syncing

on my incredible when i go into my people section i noticed the pics of people havent been changing like there supposed to so i went into the link section on one and some of them are showing my gmail link and 2 or some even 3 different facebook syncs. how do i delete them and only use one facebook sync

when you view that persons profile in People, just click on Link at the top right, and unclick the links that you dont want.

alright i just dont get why when i add a contact it just wont sync automatically but when i click the link button it knows who its supposed to be to
