PDF Reader Alphabetical index

I have music fakebooks in pdf format and for each fakebook I have an alphabetical indexes in database format (Excel or .cvs or .txt) with song title and page number in separate fields.

Is there a pdf app that allows me to import the index database into the app so I can somehow use the alphabetical song index to jump to a song?

I also require a system of index within a PDF to be viewed with android devices. Anyone? Thanks.
