Hook droid up to computer using usb. Open 'my computer' and you can see your droid. Explore your droid and open music folder, or create it

Open up the computer folder with the music, copy and paste in the music folder on your droid

ok i figured it out all the music has to be in mp3 file type then the xoom sees it and plays it with no probs thank.
