Overclocking Droid X

How would I know if my droid x overclock settings are bad? Will my phone trip out or something?

It won't run right and could become unresponsive.

Not to hijack, but I am running at 1.3 GHz and 70VSEL. What is everybody else running? I would like to undervolt more, but still be stable. I tried undervolting to 55 and it was too much.
