Ok So I’m now on my 8th soon to be 9th replacement for the TB, each one haven a different issue with in less than a week I have had 3.. I’ve talked with a sup and now I’ve told him that I want a new phone….. there saying that I’ll have to resign my contract, hmmmmm I just resigned it in March when I got the TB… the sad thing is VZW is saying that they haven’t heard of anyone haven reboot issues other than mine Grrrrrrr……I’m sure that there are others haven the same issue, I’ve seen it on here..

Tons of people are having reboot issues. Not just you. VZW reps have no idea what they are talking about. HtC is working on the problem.

I'm sorry you are having such troubles, mine has been just about perfect since getting it. I'm also rooted and Rom'd though.

So other than the reboots, what was the reasons for all the other replacements.

Same here as far as being perfect without being rooted. But I agree more often than not, VZW reps haven't a clue of what goes on outside their store. For example the day I got my phone, I told the VZW reps about the mobile hotspot promotion and I can't count the amount of times I've informed them about new phones and/or policy changes that were coming to Verizon.

Not that I want to, but I could easily make any of them look like they don't know anything about there products. Speaking of product knowledge, there isn't nothing worst that hooking up with a rep that doesn't know anything other than the price of a product.
 
1. Was because the time would be about 2-3 hrs off
2. GPS would never sync
3. Kept freezing
4. E-mail would never sync with my Gmail
5. New software reboot
6. New software reboot
7. DOA
8. New software reboot & continue to try to down load soft ware and stuck in 1x
there sending me a new phone tomorrow
 
After that many replacements why would you even want the same model?

of all the phones I've had over the past 3yrs this is by far the best, just want one that works...... with little to no issues! all in all this phone kicks A*&, better then the IPhone 4, at least my thought..
 
Not that it matters, but mine has been perfect since I got it. I'm also non rooted. But I am surprised to see so many threads about problems.
