OTA and Blue boot screen

Hey guys, I need some help. The JB OTA finally came out, I tried to install it a number of different times. 1. phone as is 2. wipe cache and dalvick cache 3. temp unroot using Voodoo OTA rootkeeper 4. factory reset. Nothing worked and I was not able to successfully install in the update. As a result I tried to restore my phone with a backup but I didn't reroot. On boot at the Droid screen I got blue lines across the screen and nothing after that. I switched over to CM 10.1 and voodoo OTA said my phone was rooted. Any ideas whats wrong with my stock OS? Better yet, why I couldn't update with the OTA? I appreciate the help.
