Organize and Play MY SOUNDS Easily?

I have a load of neat little clips and sound effects in MY SOUNDS on my Incredible and I'm looking for a simple and clean app that will allow me to SEE all my clips, hopefully organize them and be able to PLAY whichever one I want quickly WITHOUT doing a playlist and playing ALL files in MY SOUNDS. Something that would say have icons and short descriptions on a scrolling window and when you click on one, it plays and then stops. Something simple. These aren't songs, they're like movie clips and sound effects.

Any suggestions?

To simplify my question, is there any Android music player out there that can be set to play one song or sound clip ONCE and then STOP and not continue playing every song in the folder/playlist and not continually repeat what it just played????
