Old Beautiful widgets available for download

It's out there if you just google beautiful widgets version 2.36 but how do you install it after downloading on your laptop. Obviously when you download anything from the market to your phone directly, it installs by itself.

Transfer it from you laptop to the sd card in your droid. From there use a file manager to install it. There are a couple of apps in the market to do this. I use "astro" file manager. But there are others...

Problem is, when you install the old version, it tries to download weather animations...but fails because the app is no longer available. Anyone find a way around that?

May be an issue with what you downloaded I bought the old version and refuse to upgrade and my weather animation still works

Hmm I think there is a weather animation pack out in the wild also.

I am not too sure this should be discussed. Beautiful Widgets is still available and is not a free application. It is unfortunate that they had to change but if you did not purchase previous version then you kind of did miss out.

I did buy original but I hate the update. I want a copy of the style I originally paid for.
