ok guys. i need serious help

i have a samsung fascinate. while downloading a rom from rom manager my phone froze while trying to reboot. i got into recovery mode and i can't get out. idk how to get it back to factory. my recovery is cwm but i have voodoo so i'm not really sure how to go about this. please help. i'm a little new to this stuff

What have you installed? What Voodoo?

If you want to go back to factory there is a DI01 package posted by Adrynalyne on XDA. Look for the completely remove voodoo thread.
