I'm trying to lose some weight. I'm not out of control or anything, but the doc is talking about trying to consume only a certain amount of calories, carbs, etc daily.
To track this I thought I might find an app where I could input what I eat during the day, hopefully the food items and nutritional facts are in a database, and the app records and tracks the info, able to give running totals for day, week, etc.
Would be nice to add items and nutritional info to the database.
Any recommendations?
