Ok so I call Verizon and they told me to take out the battery and put it back on and I got my volume back but know I'm stuck whit 3g now that sucks

Hmmmmmm. You must either be calling Sprint by accident or are being rude to the Verizon rep. They have always done the right thing for me (within their power) including overnighting a new TBolt to me when my wifi stopped working and they couldn't fix it.
