Notifies me that my messages aren't sent but i know they are?

Every time I go into my text messages and everytime I send a message it notifies me that the Text Message was not sent and leaves the icon in the top for me to clear out after every message. Is there a reason for this or atleast a way i can enable it?

Having the same problem folks, seeing it across the Forum, but no one seems to have a fix so far. Found four threads with this same issue (see hyperlink above for the first one I posted on).

Hopefully someone will notice...and offer a fix that doesn't involve a third party app or resetting the phone to factory!
