Notifications ringtones

I'm sure this has been asked, so sorry for not finding an answer...
I have 2 separate ringtones - one for text messages and one for emails. I have gone through to each "service" and changed the ringtone for each however only 1 ringtone will ring for both services.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem since downloading 2.2... I'll let you know if I get some answers.
