Notifications on lockscreen.

Is there an app that lets you see your notifications on the lockscreen or at least let you pull down the draw?

I think Widget Locker has that option. It's been awhile since I played around with it though.

The problem with that is its another program running atop the lockscreen. I'm trying to cut back on unneeded programs to save battery. I was hoping for more of an app to tweak the ability to use the draw on the lockscreen.

You can use WL to completely replace the stock lockscreen and I have noticed zero impact on battery life using it....fwiw
