Notification Sound

I didn't see any other posts relating to this but perhaps I overlooked them.

I have a issue when I am trying to change my notification sound. I can't change it at all and when I try to my phone reboots.

any ideas or is anyone else having this issue?

What rom are you using? Did you do a full wipe?
