Notification Sound Problems After GB Update

Since getting the OTA update on the 3rd I have problems with my notification sounds. I reset them all and the were working but about every 2 days they just stop working again and I need to reboot the phone to get them back.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

cannot turn off message notifications since update, settings menu does not give that option only...help?
