Notification Light?

Maybe this has been answered, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. On other Rom's I've used, there was usually a setting to toggle the notification light to come on even when the screen is on, I haven't been able to find one in 1.2. Is there one? Or is there a fix for it? Thanks!
