Notification Light

I looked and can't seem to find a way to make the notification light change? Id like it to do something different while it's charging. So it's not just red even if I get a message.

Is there a app (free) for that? Or a setting I'm missing?

that would be cool. i've been wanting to do the same for when its charging especially. post back here if you find anything please.
