Note 3/4.4.2 Update Soft Ringtone Audio

I'm on a Verizon Note 3 running stock 4.4.2. It's rooted. I looked and looked in the settings to see if I could find anything such as a delay on initial incoming phone call.

Let's say you call me. My phone ringtone kicks on but it's quiet for about 2 seconds, then increases to match the volume level I set. I don't know if it's happening because it's trying to ring and vibrate at the same time or what. Anyways I think the setting might be too ambiguous... if there is one.

When I say it's quiet, I mean the ringtone is still being played but it's muted severely.

I remember the increase volume while in pocket setting ..check under call then settings ...I'm not sure about decreased ring to high ..Since you're rooted I believe might be Xposed mod to fix it ...
